Called me after I had got my rental application accepted. I was busy, however, they were happy to call me back in an hour or two. I called them back early and they recognised me right away, congratulated my on my rental, and started the process for me right away! I didn't know a lot about my property, however, they were able to fetch the required information quickly anyways to connect up my water, electricity, and gas. Overall, I had a really good experience.

Highly recommend. I was over the moon when I was approved for my first rental property but didn’t know where to start. I dreaded the idea of spending hours on the phone like my parents did to organise all of the connections. The team at HOOD have created an amazing app that put me in full control with the help of their AI.
