What do you like about your role at HOOD?
It has been an amazing Journey so far joining Team NSW. I had the pleasure of working very closely with Anita who did a wonderful job with handover and introducing me to all our partner offices before her departure to begin her motherhood journey! In turn that left Jake and myself to take on and nurture our offices and it has been an amazing and fulfilling venture, couldn’t have asked for a better team to be apart of (Very Proud of Us)
What led you to start working at HOOD?
Work life balance was one of my core values along with joining a team of like minded individuals who partake in wonderful company culture. Along with that it has been an upmost delight to have an executive team that I was able to actually speak with directly and was involved with the frontline.
What is your day-to-day like?
Here in NSW are days vary from Training our PM and leasing teams with some tips on Dialogue and how we can always be progressively achieving top conversion rates to catching up with our offices for a nice lunch to celebrate and motive . Most days I’m on the road and enjoy seeing the many faces I’m familiar with and all the new ones I will be getting to know and nurture
What are your hobbies?
How do you spend your time when you're not working? I enjoy a vast range of interests ranging from dining (I’m a big foodie) , fitness ( I was in prep to compete pre covid), being a stranger in my own neighbourhood and discovering new spots and beaches that are in my local “Hood”. When I’m not working I am the first one to get the family in the car and go on adventure or shoot some hoops
What is something you hope to achieve in your time at HOOD?
My biggest goal I wish to achieve whilst apart of the wonderful HOOD team would be to firstly grow our portfolio of offices and opening the industry to the eyes of our wonderful Chatbot! I would love to put Hood on the Map here in NSW and really streamline the process of an Account Manager with resources to efficiently manage the needs of our offices through service whilst being on the road Just to name a few..
